Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is a form of corporate self-regulation integrated into a business model. CSR policy functions as a self-regulatory mechanism whereby a business monitors and ensures its active compliance with the spirit of the law, ethical standards and national or international norms.
 
 
NYCS-KOVIDA under the CSR program has tied up with Indraprashta Gas Limited (IGL), Mahanagar Gas Limited(MGL) , and Maharashta Natural Gas Limited(MNGL) to carry out the program in the state of Delhi and Maharashtra. In the financial year 2014-2015, 2015-2016, & 2016-2017, we were successful in training around 1635 candidates under IGL, MGL, MNGL and BARTI.

CSR with IGL in Rewari: The objective is to impart skill training to 360 unemployed youths/ school drop outs of Rewari districts of Haryana in the job roles of Automotive Service Technician (Two and Three Wheelers), Dairy Farmer/Entrepreneur, Fitter – Electrical and Electronic Assembly, Mobile Phone Hardware Repair Technician.

CSR with IGL, MGL & MNGL (Phase III): We will be starting with the Phase III of our CSR program with IGL, MGL and MNGL
