NYCS is proud to have youth leadership on board. Shri. Manish Kumar, an IITian, is actively involved in social sector since 2006, and is currently running 2 Evening Study Centers under Back to Village (B2V) project. Back to Village (B2V) is a non-profit organization focused on Agriculture based All Round Rural Development in the direction of making villages prosperous & self-reliant. He has co-founded a group “Sambhav” with some friends of IIT Kharagpur for employment generation of women in nearby Sambhav was operational during 2008 Bihar flood and contributed more than Rs.2 Lakh for relief works in Bihar. Manish ji has also worked on Primary Education with Vanvasi Kalyan Ashram & Seva Bharati in rural areas of Jharkhand near Ranchi. His work for the farmers through various training programs, projects and their implementation is commendable. He is currently the member of National Executive Committee, Gram Vikas, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, Co-founder & Ex-Director of Green Agrevolution Pvt. Ltd. (GAPL), Founder Trustee of Bihar Entrepreneurs Association (BEA) and a Convenor (Bihar) & Member of Central Committee of the organization - Youth for Nation (YFN)
